OrchardCanal Jungle
Professional service in Nairobi

Welcome to Orchard Canal Jungle

We inspect self-service terminals for tampering and review their configuration. A security incident does more than expose data: it forces the terminal out of service, and that location is left with all its demand at the teller desk. That is exactly what we work on: checked the same day.

FAQ

Questions we are asked most

The physical inspection is done with the machine live. Configuration checks may need a short stoppage, which we schedule for a quiet period.
Once a skimming device or tampering is found, the machine is taken out of service until the review is complete. The location is left with less capacity and transactions move to the teller desk. Reducing those incidents is also reducing downtime.
We follow the decision rule agreed in your contract on whether to stop the machine, capture the evidence and hand it over in a form that can be submitted onward.
For active suspicions we work to a 24-hour response: physical inspection of the fascia, review of the card reader and keypad, and analysis of the machine logs. The aim is to return the terminal to service with certainty, not to leave it switched off as a precaution.
Yes. We work under contract across the whole estate, with an equipment inventory per branch, a visit calendar and a single point of contact for the network.
